West Seattle is the iconic jut of land just to the South West of Downtown Seattle, giving superb views of the city landscape of Seattle across Elliott Bay and to the West, sunset views of the towering Olympic Mountains with the Puget Sound in the foreground.

Known for it's destination locations like Alki Beach and the shopping, restaurants and community activities of the "Junctions" that run along California Ave SW (Alaska, Admiral and Morgan).

And for those of us who live here, it's Seattle's best kept secret: Neighborhoods with friendly small town feel and great walkability, yet 10 minutes from downtown Seattle and easy access to I-5 or I-90 (quick access to the Eastside or the Cascade Mountains for some outdoor fun).

We created this interactive Google Map,

to help you explore the different and distinct neighborhoods of West Seattle

(Each map overlay includes a link to a more detailed West Seattle neighborhood profile page)

Community Involvement and Impact

I don't just talk about how much I love my neighborhood and community... I'm actually engaged in my community and support West Seattle in several different ways:

I started the Sea-Town Podcast to get to know Seattle business owners, entrepreneurs and community leaders, and help them tell their stories and share it with our community to build awareness and their businesses.

As a brokerage, we also contribute a portion of each home sale to a non-profit of the clients choice, to make the biggest impact in our local community and have developed our Community Partnership Program to donate 25% of the commission proceeds froma home sale (see below link for more details).
